Customized Training Program


Writing a training program for yourself might be the most difficult thing to do.  You’re not really objective, you’ll always tend to do things you like and therefore things you’re good at, you might not train your weaknesses quite enough and more often than not you might stay in your comfort zone a little too much.  Having somebody else write programs for you will take these factors out of the equation.

A quality training program written by a qualified coach or trainer can drastically change your result, and make you reach your goal a lot faster than you ever thought possible.  The problem?  The fitness industry lacks standards and anyone can become a certified trainer by taking a 6 hour formation.  There are a lot of trainers out there who are amazing sells person and will convince you they’ll make you reach your goal.  They’re talking the talk, but are they walking the walk?

I have been working in the fitness industry for the last 7 years and trained all types of clients ranging from week-end warriors to professional athletes.  What I’m offering you is the program design services of a qualified, experienced professional.  I’m not going to try to sell myself and make you all sorts of promises.  Here’s how it is: If you do what I tell you, follow my program to the letter and put the effort in, I GUARANTEE you the results you’re looking for.  Plain and simple.

Who is it for?

Program design via the internet can bring up some problems, since we don’t actually see each other and I can’t control everything you’re doing.  Therefore, I have some pre-requisite before I start working with you:

  • You need to be 18 years old or older
  • You need to have at least 2 years of lifting experience (I don’t take beginners because exercise technique can’t be well taught via the internet)
  • You need to have the time to go to the gym AT LEAST 2-3 times a week (less than that isn’t enough to develop significant results)
  • I require a 3-month commitment (because you won’t see significant results with any program in only one month)
  • You need to be motivated and dedicated to reach your goals!

 

What kind of clients am I working with?

Before anything else, I’m a strength and conditioning coach who specializes in athletic development.  Any client that has a performance related goal I will work with:

  • Improve speed and agility
  • Increase strength and power
  • Improve endurance and conditioning level
  • Improve flexibility and range of motion
  • Reduce the risk of injury and help with rehab
  • Increase muscle mass

Other than that, I don’t do.  If you’re looking to run a marathon or lose weight I’m not the person for you via the internet.

What you will get

A write every program in 4-week phases and every program is completely individualized, based on your specific needs to reach your specific goal(s).  The programs are very detailed and you just need to follow it; no need to think! Just put in the hard work!  Here is what you’ll get:

  • Comprehensive questionnaire covering your health, injury history, training experience, goals and schedule
  • Foam rolling/soft tissue strategies
  • Complete warm up including static and dynamic stretching
  • Linear and transitional speed work (if needed)
  • Strength and power work
  • Functional core training
  • Sport-specific conditioning (if needed)
  • Injury prevention strategies
  • Basic nutritional recommendations to help you achieve your goal(s)
  • Unlimited e-mail support throughout the duration of your training if you have any questions

 

How much does it cost?

Some strength and conditioning coaches will charge you over 200$/month, sometimes up to 400$/month for online training!  Since I want to make this service accessible to most people, I set my price fairly low and still provide you with a complete service that will make you reach your goal faster than you could’ve ever imagined!

  • First month: 150$ 115$
  • After that, you’ll pay only 100$ 75$/month
